On December 16,2011 NATO CIMIC Basic Course came to an end at the MPSOTC facilities.
Multinational PSOs Basic Course
Multinational PSOs Basic Course is scheduled to take place on 26th of March 2012 in Multinational Peace Support Operations Training Center . It is a two weeks course, the first week includes theoretical lectures and the second practical training in the field with several objectives.

End of Public Affairs Officers Course 2011
On September 30, 2011 Public Affairs Officers Course came to an end.The trainees had the opportunity to attend lectures which provided the theoretical background on issues of Public Affairs.

Football event
Friendly football match took place, today 26th of September 2011 at 15:00, at the Municipal Stadium of Kilkis between the trainees of the PAO Course of MPSOTC. Officers from Greece, China, Turkey and Armenia participated the event.
Visit of Vergina
On Saturday 24 of September 2011, Officers from Armenia, Turkey and Bosnia-Herzegovina who are being trained in the facilities of MPSOTC on Public Affairs, during the respective course, visited Vergina (Macedonian tombs) and afterwards, lunched in the Officers Club of Veroia.
Visit of the PSOTC Bosnia and Herzegovina Commander
In order to establish strong cooperation on the ground of PSO’s, the Commander of the PSOTC Bosnia and Herzegovina, Col (AF) Kenan Dautovic, visited on Thursday 22th of September the facilities of Multinational PSO’s Training Center.
Start of PAO Course 2011
On 19 September 2011 the Public Affairs Officer Course started as scheduled with the participation of 22 students out of 6 different Countries (Armenia, Bosnia Herzegovina, China, Denmark, Greece, and Turkey, and), and 10 instructors from 5 different countries (Canada, Bosnia Herzegovina, Denmark, Italy and Greece) in this 2 weeks course.

Public Affairs Course 2011 will take place from 
19 to 30 Sep 2011 in Multinational Peace Support Operation Training Center in Kilkis. Many experienced international Instructors and Lecturers will participate in this Course.

On July 8,2011 Sea/Land Border Security and Refugees’ Control Course came to an end at the MPSOTC facilities.
ATHENA 2011 International Conference
The Crisis Management International Conference “ATHENA-2011” took place in “I.Vellidis, Congress Center” in Thessaloniki from 1st to 4th of June, and organized by the Hellenic National Defense General Staff(HNDGS) under the auspices of Hellenic Ministry of National Defense.

The aim of this course is o provide students with a working knowledge of NATO’s PA policy, responsibilities, procedures and duties of a Public Affairs Officer.
Invitations are sent through the Defense Attaches to the Countries. All interested individuals should apply through the respective Defense Attaches sending a Joining Report and a CV.
